Our Process
There are inherent challenges recruiting presents that develop a need for an agency such as The A Team. We have a recruiting and retention approach to building "success partnerships” other agencies have failed to master.
- From the inception The A Team goes after only qualified competent professional individuals. Next, every candidate goes through an intensive pre-screening process before becoming a possible candidate of ours. This can include but is not limited to personal interviews, reference checks, resume review, employment verification as well as criminal background checks.
- While The A Team utilizes methods such as a strong internet and periodical advertising base, we rely heavily on other strategies such as networking and research. We create "success partnerships" by compiling a list of candidates who are already working in the intended industry, and contain the experience necessary to meet the needs of the client.
- Candidates are matched based on the company’s mission statement, core values and company goals. We meet with HR staff, company employees as well as intended position holders (if available) to gauge the atmosphere of the company. In addition, The A Team performs a job shadow with every company seeking multi-placement.
The most challenging part about finding great employees is they are usually already employed, which leaves the pool of available candidates limited. The A Team overcomes that and other obstacles for your company. We make that challenging connection for you, matching your companies' mission statement, core values and overall goals to the correct candidates.
